One angry customer wrote this about Marks And Spencer on Trustpilot: At Marks And Spencer no one member of staff had a face covering in the West Wickham food store. I was appalled. Staff standing around chatting up close no face covering. It should be enforced to keep loyal customers and to stop the spread of COVID

"I was brought in on a four month contract to hire situation and I was hired after the four month contract arrangement. Then eight weeks later I was walked out due to a reorganization of the department. There was no notice nor any severance. I was told was that I could apply for other open positions but who would want to work for an organization that handles a reorganization like that? Don't be fooled by this organization's talk about culture. It is very political and culture does not drive behavior at the middle management level."


"Terrible culture. Poor morale that never seems to get better. The most senior level staff set a terrible example by speaking behind each others backs. CEO could care less about the Glass Door reviews and ignores all of the negativity going on in her organization. National board does not seem to read or care about these reviews. Why is CEO never held accountable for turnover of staff?"

"The organization went through a major restructure towards the end of 2016 and it was so poorly executed they lost a lot of good people, including myself. The roll out of this reorganization could have been handled better. The organization is top heavy, the restructure created silos even between staff working from the same local offices, and the employees doing the on the ground work are asked to perform multiple jobs rolled into one, without adequate compensation. There is little work/life balance, as you are expected to be available at all times. Many nights/weekends required."

"Be prepared you will be expected to use your personal money for a lot of expenses but aren't clear about the rules up front. For example, you are expected to use your cell phone for the operation of your job, but the organization doesn't provide a contribution to your bill. Just be very clear up front about what you will do and won't with you personal money and work with your supervisor in advance to figure that out. After building an enormous expense report close to $5K leading up to a special event, my supervisor shared that she never uses her own money and takes out petty cash."

The Management Team tend to get really Sceamy when it comes to temporary employees.Such as, Not giving them the proper training for the job to be done correctly,they would rather watch you do it,none correctly and have you getting in trouble for it the next day. My Paycheck was never correct because the Supervisors would never put all of my time on my paycheck."

"I've experienced a lot of lags and crashes. They advertise a product that doesn't deliver its promise. Never had any compensation for what it caused us. They also offer a very poor control panel, designed in the early 2000s with a very bad UX."

"I ordered (and paid for) a private server to be setup at 9 AM on a weekday, and received an automated message that "Normally by the time you login, the server will be ready and displayed as "Online". However, the server was not up and I didn't have any access to any control panel so I couldn't do or check anything. I logged a ticket an hour later. 5 hours later (!) still no reply so I updated the ticket. Another 3 hours later, still without any reply or assistance from low.ms, I asked for cancellation and refund. Already 20 mins later, I got a reply saying something had gone wrong and they would set up the server immediately. By then, I had already found another hosting site and had lost any confidence in "low.ms" due to not getting any reaction for so long. I specifically chose "low.ms" because of the statement on their website about "INSTANT SETUP As soon as your payment has been recieved our system begins setting up your server, allowing you to start gaming within minutes." so then having to wait over 8 hours before even getting any reply or assistance is unacceptable to me. Only after I asked for a refund did I get the quick customer service I was looking for. They then apologized and acknowledged they should have reacted sooner, and gave me a full refund quickly. They also said that they are normally pretty quick with the response times. While that may be true in general, that was certainly not my experience. Errors can happen, and that's unfortunate, but my personal experience with this company left me without any confidence about e.g. how long I would have to wait again if I needed any support in the future. The customer service in the end re: the refund was great but by then it was just too late."
